Try renting it out privately in Loot- most people look through these classifieds when looking for a flat. It’s free to post an ad, and you’ll get lots of interest.
My brother got about 40 calls a day for his flat!

Do you mean you have a property that you want to let out, or you’re looking for a property to rent and live in? If the latter, letting agents don’t always charge the prospective tenant for the service – I’ve never been charged agent’s fees to rent a flat through an agent, only for the things that the landlord requires the tenant to pay for such as credit checks and inventories. You’d generally find that even landlords who managed their own lettings would make a charge to tenants for things like that.
Whichever you’re looking to do, try Gumtree (http://www.gumtree.com ), Vivastreet (http://rent-let.vivastreet.co.uk/rent-flats-property-house ) and IntoLondon: (http://www.intolondon.com/ )
The classifieds in local papers might also be useful.
