Assuming you mean in UK (as you say £’s) you will have to tell us in which county at least and preferably which town or city.

You could try – if you are in the UK, of cause! It’s a good site for buying, selling or renting property.

You need to go to the north of the country to get cheaper rents, down in the south you are looking at about £600 – £1000 a month. I know cos I am renting a 2 bed house for £750 a month, and that is very cheap in my area, but as you get closer to the south nearer to the sea or london they are ridiculous prices. Good luck.

However, you won’t get an entire space ie. not sharing with anyone else for less than about £600.00 in London. I live in London and pay £400.00 per month for a room in a 4 bed flat. You need more money really, sorry!

You’ll be lucky to find anything in London for anything like that….. in fact anywhere in the country for that! Have you considered a house share at all?
