Single dad with 10 year old son moving to Vicenza on a DoD contract… Housing is not provided but I can find only short term vacation rentals on the web… Help!!! Also want to know about on the economy schools and what the community /economy offers, like YMCA type clubs, Pool etc. Anyone with any info will be appreciated…

i need to move out from my dad and find work , but i want my own place . i need a flat or a apartment in a safe area near the city centre. but there have been some cheap ones to let but for a short term deal. i am looking to pay 300- to 4 max for a reasonable place. can anyone help me ?
