I want to rent a cheap apartment or flat in zarqa jordan?

I am going to charge approx. $400 per month and do a month to month lease on foreclosed homes that the banks are not taking care of in my area. We will be signing a legal binding contract (month to month) and I will give them keys to the property (my new locks hehehhheee). Of course it is “short term” housing and I will let them that it could last only 2 months, or possibly up to a year.
The banks do not know I am helping them, but the reality of it is by me doing so, people wont vandalize the homes/burn them/destroy them anymore.
So do you think I will have much luck finding tenants??
By the way this is legal I have an attorney so please dont bash me !!!!!By puting new locks on each property It legally gives me control of the property, and I am choosing to rent them out
PS, I am only 24 ;]

Like I said dont bash me, because owning a property you are only limited to so many priveldges….they can really be taken away at any time ![]()

i know a lot of people in dundee who have found places to rent without deposit, i was just asking if anyone knew private agencys that did it aswell
how to ensure a flat to rent in 4 months and not be homeless?

Our current flat lease runs out in 4 months, but our landlord wants to know NOW if we want to continue our lease for another year.So we either wait until our lease runs out in 4 months and hope that we can get a cheaper flat (it gets difficult in july cuz all the students grab them, and our flat is really central so dont want to be stuck far away from town), or we can continue our expensive lease. Is there any way to get a landlord to hold a flat for you for 4 months? Or is there a word for “holding a flat until someone can move in” that i can look up google? Cuz im assuming that our landlord wants to know right away so that they can start offering other people a flat for august?
I know this is a boring question but it would help so much if anyone could give some advice.
Agency no longer allowing name changes on contract?
Posted by: | CommentsI’m looking for some advise regarding the property i rent with 4 other people. The property has been in my friendship group since 2000. It is on a short term 6 month shared tenancy agreement (58.00GBP renewal fee). Every year or so people move on and we advertise the room ourselves or ask other friends to move in. On all occasions (about 10) we simply contact the agency they charge 125.00GBP plus VAT to make the contract change to add the new person.
However we are changing 1 tenant again and contacted the agency to make the contract changes, they told me that they are no longer allowing names to be changed on the contract. Instead if we want to change people we need to give the flat back and all move out to a different property.
Where do we stand legally on this, we are good tenants have never missed any payment/broken anything/ had any complaints. Additionally some of us have lived there for over 3 years and consider it home and don’t want to move.

Thank you for your answer, the request appears to have come from agency who have been nbought out by another company, their line was “it is now company policy” they will not and never have supplied the landlord’s details.
I have since writing this spoken to another tenant in the same building, this apparently a common trick by the agency to evict long term tenant, do up the flat and re let at a much higher rent. Do you think contacting the landlord directly with our case would be advisable?
Should I switch my major from IT to accounting?
Posted by: | CommentsI started my 3rd year of college this fall, and although I am doing well in the classes have been mulling over whether or not I will be able to find a job in the field after I graduate. Some of my friends have found jobs (mostly contract work that is short term) while others just can’t get their foot in the door (one has tried for years).
It’s not even just that. Over the past couple years I have learned that I would rather be in business for myself instead of working for someone else, no matter what the job.
I can eventually get a masters in accounting and become a CPA. They make great money, though I hear the work is boring. I am not one of these pursue your passions people; I have learned that for me, work is about making the money to enjoy the other things in life.
OR I could stick with the IT program which is something that interests me and just take the chance. I am sure I will find something, but it probably won’t be stable, and I want to buy a house.
What do I do?
Anyone recommend a good place to stay in Barcelona?
