I allowed a person to rent a room from me for a short term. He refused to go to the rental company I rent my house from and get on the month to month lease using the argument he’d only be for a month or two. it’s now been over six months. We drew up a contract on the first month outline what his cost would be for a month. Now he hasn’t paid utillities in 3 months and rent in 2. How do I get him out??
I am in Venice very often,would be nice to meet new friends there,learn italian and go back to same flat every time I visit Venice as hotels are too expensive.
